I can help you create your own special garden. Living in Los Angeles where space is often at a minimum, you can still create your own personal oasis in your front or backyard.  I focus on lower water landscaping because here, in Southern California, we are in our fourth year of a significant drought.  In our local "Mediterranean" climate using less water does not mean that everything has to look like a desert.
